Ingredients
- 1 cup Blueberries Frozen or Fresh
- 1 Medium Banana Diced
- 7 pcs Almonds
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- Take 1 cup blueberries. You can also replace frozen blueberries with fresh blueberries.
- Take 1 medium size banana and diced it in small pieces.
- Take 5 to 7 almonds. Soak almonds in water at night before you planning to make smoothie. It is not mandatory but good to have soaked almonds, otherwise you can always use regular almonds.
- Take 1 cup regular milk or almond milk
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend it until everything is liquified properly. Usually in 45 to 60 seconds everything will be blended thoroughly.
